What's The Process For A Rib Cover?
Our team will visit your boat and produce a full size template to ensure a 100% satisfactory fit. We will then take that pattern back to our workshop, draw it out and transfer all over our markings onto the canvas of your choice; Acrylic Canvas, Odyssey or our most popular due to its durability and lightweight properties, Kingsguard or PolyX. It'll then be taken to our sewing machines and stitched together using our Polyester Thread which on average has a UV life of 6-8 years .
If requested, we will then take your cover back to your boat for fitting.
The same process applies to Jockey Seat Covers (single, double or multiple), Rear Bench Covers, Console Covers, or Console to Rear Beach / Jockey Seats and Rear Bench.
The overall winter covers have an extra drop to provide cover over the tubes. They come with fixed belly bands for when the boat is out of the water and on a trailer.
Mooring covers are fitted utilising, if available, the tear drop rubbing strip using rib hooks to allow easier fitting when on the water.
